This all-metal locking tuner is a brand new design, correcting some of the shortcomings in other older models. 19:1 gear ratio for precise tuning. Brass threading - no plastic or nylon to strip out! The pin is convex at the end to keep the pin from digging into and/or snapping the string (as such, these are not auto-trim locking tuners.)
