Our newly-redesigned 'RouteHound' Inverted Arm Pin Router Assembly is the perfect answer to easy template making, precision guitar body routing, neck making, or any other router-intensive operation in your shop!

The assembly is fabricated in our shop using 1/4" thick aluminum and features stainless steel hardware. The main over-arm and brackets are made of 2"x2" aluminum and the total unit comes in several lengths to fit your personal router table configuration. Available lengths include 30", 39", and 48" overall length. 30" length allows you to route pieces up to 22" long, 39" allows you to route pieces up to 31" long, and the 48" assembly allows you to route pieces up to 40" in length.

• Easy X and Y micro-adjustments for pin alignment.
• 3 sizes available to fit your existing router table.
• Variable settings for horizontal over-arm height allows you to route up to 6" thick pieces of wood.
• Includes four sizes of sturdy stainless steel pins: 1/8" - 1/4" - 3/8" - 1/2".
• The horizontal over-arm pivots out of the way quickly for regular table use.
• Unit is coated with a durable black hammered finish.

Installation is simple! 1) Simply bolt the two vertical end mounts to your router table, 2) attach the two end brackets, and 3) bolt in your horizontal over-arm. All necessary hardware is included.

The 13-lb package ships disassembled. Package includes: 2 table-mounted vertical end mounts, 2 end brackets, horizontal over-arm, 4 sizes of stainless steel pins, assembly instructions, and stainless steel hardware. Router and table not included. The pictures below show our personal assembly in action. We use our setup to do almost everything from guitar pickup and neck cavities to small inlay work.
