Map out the screw holes using the guide below. Drill the screw holes 5/8" deep with a 3/32" drill bit. Find the center where the jack will be and mark with cross-hairs. Drill the center with a 7/8" paddle bit all the way through to the control cavity. Solder the connections on the jack, install the jack onto the jack plate, mount the jack plate with the provided screws and your done!
I am very impressed with your service so far. Getting the order out the same day is awesome. I hope to do much more business with ya'll in the future. Thanks again.

I just received my order, and I wanted to thank you again. I don't know how you did it ....but you got me 42mm nuts. When you said you were out of them I went ahead and ordered the 43mm but explained that I really needed the 42mm, somehow you guys found me a couple of the ones I needed. This and the fact that you risked your life on icy roads to get my order to the PO really put it over the top!!! Anyway Thanks again and I'll restate you guys are the best and you have a customer for life. - Thanks Bear - PS and a free string winder to boot....pretty cool -Bear, UT
